Refund policy


As it is a lot of money, it is important that the molds are of good quality and are brushed in a good way.
When I get new objects in, I always test cast with the mold first. Then we do it from time to time or if a customer wants us to test cast before we send the mold

Our guarantee means: If the mold does not maintain the quality (holes or breaks at once, etc.)
Or if the mold does not contain the details that should be or the support mold does not work, our guarantee applies .. If it is because you yourself are unable to cast that particular mold, it does not count as a "fault" and does not go on the guarantee

We inspect all products before they are sent to you.
Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and a description of the error.

If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints. (Refundable in the event of an approved complaint)
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty or in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure).
These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier, incorrect use of the customer, and other factors beyond our control.

 We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without stating any reason. Depending on how and if the product has been used, you may have to pay for any depreciation. The product may not be used more than necessary to determine properties and function, otherwise price deductions for depreciation can be made. The same conditions apply to open purchases that we offer for 14 days.

 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
 - Specially ordered goods. That is, goods that have been specially made for you or in some other way have a personal touch.
 - Goods with a broken seal, applies to goods such as powders, liquids, etc., which for hygienic and safety reasons can not be returned. This if intentionally broken by you.

 The cost of returning your canceled purchase is paid by you as a customer.

We can arrange a return note for you, which gives you a cheaper shipping cost back to us. The cost of return shipping is borne by you, so when using a return note, the amount is deducted when crediting the returned goods.

 We will credit you no later than 14 days after we receive your message. However, you may have to wait for your refund until the item has been returned to us or you have been able to provide proof that the item has been returned to us.
